How the 8% Works.
The 8% is calculated on the agreed gross of each load, not on any other figure. It is the commission for the G&R services listed below. What is left after the commission is not your earnings, because your own operating expenses are still paid out of it.

This is an illustrative calculation, not a statement of expected or guaranteed earnings. Actual gross varies by week, lane and freight availability. Your operating expenses are still paid out of this amount, so it is not your profit and not your final earnings.
What the 8% commission covers
These services are included in the commission. There is no separate charge for them.

What you pay separately as the owner-operator
These costs are not included in the 8% and are not charged by G&R. You pay them yourself out of the amount that remains, and G&R adds no markup to them.

You Bring the Truck. The Trailer Is Waiting.
G&R runs power-only on Amazon Relay trailers. You do not need to buy a trailer, and you do not rent one from us.
- No trailer required. You supply the tractor only.
- Amazon Relay trailers. Equipment is provided through the network.
- Hook and drop. Pick up loaded, drop and go.
- No-touch freight. You are not loading or unloading.
- Dispatch books the loads. G&R dispatch books through Amazon Relay.
You Run the Truck. We Run the Back Office.
An Additional Long-Term Opportunity, In Preparation.
G&R is preparing a long-term participation program in a separate business for owner-operators who continue working with the company. This is an additional opportunity only. It is not guaranteed equity and it is not guaranteed ownership. The outline below is the planned structure and is subject to final documentation and program terms.
This program is completely separate from the 8% commission. The 8% is payment for G&R services only. It does not buy participation and it is not a payment towards this program.

How the planned program is intended to work
Experienced CDL‑A, But No Truck?
If you hold a CDL‑A and have OTR experience but do not own a truck yet, G&R can help you review an offer from a third-party leasing provider and understand how the process works.
- Leasing is arranged through a third-party provider, not through G&R.
- Approval, availability and final terms are decided by the leasing company.
- Leasing does not obligate you to work with G&R.
- Leasing on its own does not include participation in the planned program.
The Drivers We Work Best With.
- CDL‑A driver or owner-operator. Held and current.
- OTR experience. You have run long haul and know the rhythm of it.
- Your own truck. Required for the primary owner-operator segment.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Suitable driving and safety history. MVR and PSP are reviewed.
